I COMRADE MAHMUD MUHAMMAD NAMED MY ARTICLE AS MUST OF BORNO STATE YOUTHS ARE DESTRUCTIVE IN THEIR CRITICISM AND NOT CONSTRUCTIVE  First and foremost, let me start by recalling the readers' mind the Award His Excellency Hon.
