Kano State Gave 13 Million Naira To Fire Victims
Kano state government has approved the sum of 13, 680, 000 as financial assistance to 42 fire incidence victims of across the state.

The state commissioner for environment Ali Haruna Makoda made this known when briefing newsmen shortly after the weekly executive council meeting presided by the state acting governor prof. Hafiz Abubakar, at the council chamber Kano state Government house.

Makoda added that the council further approved for the ministry of Education the sum of 53,907,000 being funds for the up review of feeding 14, 110 science and technical boarding school students, 342, 000, 000 for the procurement of aluminium sulphate and 300 drums of polymer under the Ministry for Water Resources.

The council further approved the sum of 296,000,000 as funds for the procumbent of 16 trucks tippers to Remasab, 19, 519, 650 as funds for annual vaccination exercises CBPP in cattle, ppr in sheep/goats rabies in Dogs under the ministry for agriculture.

Hon Makoda also reports that this week council as the 14 & 15 meeting approved the sum of N760, 868, 126 for various projects to be executed across the state.
